Skillwill is the biggest Neo University in Georgia. Since 2018 Skillwill actively takes part in the country's education system and with innovative methods of approaching it grows the new generation of professionals.
Skillwill's complex study program consists of 3 components:
Studying programming with modern methods, innovative grading systems and practical assignments.
Acquiring soft skills in training, creating Resume/Portfolio, preparing for a job interview, instructions, and recommendations for career development and periodical job offers.
Learning career networking, regular workshops, meetings with representatives of different kinds of industries, and sport and culture events, such as: football, basketball, volleyball and chess championships.

Our mission is to help people break through the borders created by the educational market and position themselves with competitive skills among others.
A fast-growing technological environment minimizes the distance between us. Isolation and closed boundaries - which are perfect for bad employers - are now history. However, the pandemic showed us that the level of our professionalism and skills are limitless, for example you can work from home for the world's leading companies. We believe that everybody must have equal opportunities to get employed on the international market and to self-actualize their skills, as we have already broken the boundaries of the past.
We believe that knowledge must be shared and it must be easily accessible to everyone. In the tech industry specific information transfers from one to another via closed groups. Therefore, we believe that the existing glass ceiling must be destroyed and we must establish a competetive environment on the market for everyone to have equal possibilities - to learn new skills and sell.
